Clean room easy access to laundry facility staff was great especially front desk clerk (Leslie) she was very patient and very helpful!
Has no pool! Did not realize till we got there. Was a hot weekend so would have been nice to lounge around a pool instead of staying in the room :/ also wasn't a fan of the grab n go breakfast
Have been in several hotels recently and was most impressed with excellent water pressure in shower. Other than that stay was average.
Housekeeping a little slow-refuse left outside rooms and overflowing trash.
Staff were very nice.
Not having housekeeping was a shame, considering the cost of the room. This should be a standard feature of a hotel room.
Price was O.K.
Scary transient guests. Minimum all staff, security. Felt sketchy, a bit unsafe.
the front desk clerk was very nice and very knowledgeable
staff very attentive and helpful
we could have known about the kitchen equipment available before our stay
staff and room was very good, location was good for us.
bed was extremely uncomfortable woke up with back pains everyday
staff was friendly. room was comfy and nice.
it is a little hard to find off the fwy. the signage is covered by trees and is way in the back of the parking lot.
I liked the homey feel and clean room and hotel grounds.
I have only one complaint. I was told I would receive a 15% discount for first time booking with extended stay website new account I haven't seen any discount
Only one ashtray, no coffee maker and hot and cold water reversed in shower, no ice machine in hotel. 1st two taken care of by front desk
It was in a safe location.
The room was dirty. The guy working the night shift was high on something...very inattentive and pretty rude. I know any place that allows animals AND smoking is going to be kind of dirty but there was a big stain on the carpet in my room, hair in the bathtub, a horrible stench appeared every time I opened one of the cabinets in the kitchen...just gross...
Sherry the night shift woman and Chris the manager, were absolutely great. I had, a family emergency and they both were very caring and sympathetic. It's Nice To Know There Are Still Great People Out there.
The cigarette smoke in the halls, which lingered in my room as well. My bathroom and kitchen were not clean so I just bought some ajax and cleaned it myself.
At least I was moved to a non-smoking room for the next night.
Checked in at 2am in the morning and all they had left was a non-smoking room, the stench of the smoke was unbearable. The front desk claimed I requested a smoking room which was incorrect.
Location to where we wanted to go.
Noise. From above us at 2 in the morning. Knocking and footsteps every night.
Location was fairly convenient for my purposes, although closer to Amtrak station would have been better. The room was clean and had adequate furnishings. The kitchen in the room and laundry facilities just down the hall were bonus items for the traveler. The desk clerk was friendly and tried to be helpful and answer all my questions....as well as provided all that had been neglected in the room such as hangers and large bath towel.
There was nothing that stood out about the room. There were no frills such as additional toiletries like pre-moistened sheets for removing make-up. But there was an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was ok but was quite minimal and "fast food" style.
